Hi there! My name is Dr. Corey Gray and I am the Founder and CEO of Geniusology, Inc. At Geniusology, we believe that every child is a genius, and our mission is to awaken that brilliance through innovative, individualized instruction.

Geniusology was born in January 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, I was a 3rd grade teacher and my district suddenly pivoted from in-person to virtual instruction overnight. That season illuminated the deep gaps in our education system, gaps that disproportionately impacted the very students that I served. I became increasingly frustrated by the rigidity of traditional pedagogy and began envisioning an approach that was uniquely personal, equitable, and empowering. After much prayer, reflection, and thoughtful planning, Geniusology came to be.  

Growth is embedded in our DNA. Every scholar who follows their personalized “Individual Success Plan” experiences measurable transformation. In fact, many of our geniuses grow more than one academic year in just a few months of consistent, targeted instruction. Our program is intensive by design, but also profoundly intentional and individualized. We aim to correct and reimagine education not just for the system, but for every child.

At Geniusology, we do not just prepare students to succeed; we prepare them to lead, innovate, create, and thrive. The work your scholar engages in with us will plant and water the seed of change within them, change that can shape both their future and our collective one.

Beyond my work with Geniusology, I have held numerous roles in both public and private education, including elementary and middle school educator, gifted education mentor teacher, special education specialist, department head, and adjunct professor. I am a proud resident of Atlanta, Georgia, and a two-time graduate of Georgia State University and the University of Georgia, where I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Gifted and Creative Education. At my core, I am a forever student, and I am passionate about sharing that same love of learning and wisdom with your scholar.
